SC nominates Division Benches for extremely urgent Miscellaneous matters during summer vacation

New Delhi, May 26 (ILNS) Chief Justice of India NV Ramana today nominated the Division Benches for hearing extremely urgent miscellaneous matters during the Summer Vacation for the period between May 26 to June 2, 2021.

According to a statement issued here by the Supreme Court, the following Division Benches have been nominated for the second part of Summer vacation:

The First Bench will comprise Justice L Nageswara Rao and Justice Aniruddha Bose, while there will be two Second Benches. The Second Benches will comprise Justice BR Gavai & Justice Surya Kant, and Justice BR Gavai and Justice Krishna Murari.

The Third abd the Fourth Benches for the period between June 3 to 10, 2021 will be notified later, the statement added. ILNS/KR/RJ
