No Bail For Aryan Khan Today, Hearing To Continue Tomorrow

-

New Delhi, Oct 13 (ILNS) The bail petition of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for procuring drugs was argued in the Mumbai Court today.

The NCB told the court that Aryan Khan sourced drugs and was in touch with some persons abroad who appear to be part of an International Drug Network.

Aryan’s Lawyer argued that he was not present during the drug-on-ship raid. he had no cash to buy drugs and didn’t have any drugs on him.

After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court deferred the hearing on the bail petition for tomorrow.

Aryan Khan, 23, was arrested on October 2, along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and six others after NCB conducted a raid on the cruise going to Goa from Mumbai./ILNS/SNG/
