Navneet Kalra granted bail in Oxygen Concentrator black-marketing case


New Delhi, May 29 (ILNS) A Delhi Court today granted bail to Restaurateur Navneet Kalra, accused of black-marketing Oxygen Concentrators, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Arun Kumar Garg granted bail to Kalra on a bail bond of Rs one lakh, with two sureties.

The Court also imposed three conditions on Kalra, as well as the co-accused. He was also ordered not try to contact the customers, to whom the oxygen concentrators were sold.

The Bail Conditions imposed by the Court on co-accused include;
1- that they will not temper with evidence.
2- that they will not influence the witnesses
3- that they will join investigation as and when required
