Lawyers battle it out on a different pitch

New Delhi, Mar 22 (ILNS) The legal fraternity battled out among themselves on Sunday, albeit on an all-together different pitch!

The friendly match, organised by the New Delhi Bar Association (NDBA) of Patiala House Court on Sunday, witnessed participation from a host of dignitaries, including Justice Manmohan Singh, Justice Navin Chawla and Justice Prateek Jalan. Justice Manmohan inaugurated the match at 1000 hrs.

Senior Advocate and Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar Association Pradeep Kumar Rai graced the occasion as the respected Guest of Honour.

New Delhi Bar Association President Advocate RK Wadhwa, Vice President Devinder Singh Khatana and Additional Secretary Shailendra Pratap Singh were present at the stadium.
