New Delhi, July 7 (ILNS): As the Narendra Modi government readied for a massive cabinet reshuffle today, three top ministers resigned their positions, preparing the ground for the Prime Minister to make fresh appointments. Among those resigning was Ravi Shankar Prasad, the Union Law Minister. Other heavyweights resigning were Union Health minister Harsh Vardhan and Prakash Javadekar. Nine others also resigned.
