Covaxin: No stay on Centre’s notification to allow phases II and II trials on 2 to 18 year-olds, says Delhi HC


New Delhi, May 19 (ILNS): The Delhi High Court today refused to stay the Centre’s notification, which has accorded permission to conduct the Phase II/III clinical trial of Covaxin in the age group of 2-18 years to its manufacturer Bharat Biotech Ltd.

However, the Court issued notice to the Centre and Bharat Biotech to file their reply on a PIL against Covaxin’s clinical trials for age group between 2 to 18 years. ILNS\KR\SJ\RJ
