Centre notifies appointment of 7 judges, 2 additional judges in 5 High Courts across the country

New Delhi, Oct 6 (ILNS) The Central government today notified the appointment of seven judges and two additional judges in five High Courts across the country.

According to the notification of the Ministry of Law and Justice, four judges have been appointed to the Jharkhand High Court, two to the Patna High Court and one judge to the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Besides, an additional judge has been appointed for both the Kerala High Court and the Chhattisgarh High Court.

The Jharkhand High Court’s new judges are Gautam Kumar Choudhary, Ambuj Nath, Navneet Kumar and Sanjay Prasad. The Patna High Court’s new judges are Nawneet Kumar Pandey and Sunil Kumar Panwar. Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav has been appointed as judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.

Besides, Basant Balaji and Deepak Kumar Tiwari will serve as Additional Judges of the Kerala High Court and the Chhattisgarh High Court, respectively./ILNS/KR/SNG/
