Centre appoints 3 judges, 3 additional judges to High Courts in Orissa, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and Karnataka

New Delhi, Nov 3 (ILNS) The Ministry of Law and Justice has notified the appointment of three judges to two High Courts and three additional judges to the Karnataka High Court.

Advocate Aditya Kumar Mohapatra has been appointed as a judge of the Orissa High Court while judicial officers Mohan Lal and Mohd Akram Chowdhary have been appointed to the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Aditya Kumar Mohapatra will be judge of Orissa High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of the office. Judicial officers Mohan Lal and Mohd Akram Chowdhary are appointed in order of their seniority with effect from the date they assume charge of their offices./ILNS/SNG/
