All staff members of Justice MR Shah test positive for COVID-19

New Delhi, Apr 15 (ILNS) All Staff members of Supreme Court Justice MR Shah were found COVID-19 positive today.

Justice MR Shah during an online hearing today informed that all his staff members are affected by the pandemic.The Supreme Court, on April 13, had issued guidelines for entrants into the Court premises as a precautionary measure amid sudden upsurge of Covid-19 cases and to contain the spread of infection. 

During the hearing of a case few days back, the same bench had said, “The safety of our staff is of topmost priority and we are protecting them.” 

Another judge of the Supreme Court, Justice DY Chandrachud also said that they are protecting the staff as well, from this virus. ” It’s our priority to save our staff, we have decided to hold the Court today, despite various constraints,” Justice DY Chandrachud said. ILNS/KR/SNG/RJ
